The actual workmanship was 5 star. The guys worked in extremely hot weather and did a great job including clean up. I gave it 4 stars because of some of the miscommunication between my sales person and the supervisor of the team that replaced my roof. I got 3 quotes and they did me give me the best price with some negotiation. Over all it was a good experience and would highly recommend.

From start to finish, Paramount exceeded my expectations. This was my first roof replacement and I am very pleased with how professional and easy this process was with Paramount.Jimmy was very easy to speak with during the sales process, worked with me on all of my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote. Both Tony and Russ from the office side of things were also fantastic with communication and planning.The crew arrived right on time and began work right away. They replaced the roof of the house and the garage all in the same day. They laid tarps over garden areas and plywood over windows and doors. Clean up was great, but the next day there were more nails around than I expected. Considering how many nails were actually pulled out of the old roof, though, I think the number I found is completely acceptable. Especially since the dumpster was in a fixed location all day long. The dumpster was left in the driveway overnight, but it was promptly picked up the next day.Phil, the project manager, was also fantastic to work with during the install. Very professional and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He put on some finishing touches the next day and brought the magnet sweeper around when I mentioned I had found nails.I also received gutter replacement on the house and gutter installation on the garage. That project was done by a third party, but it was scheduled through Paramount and the team that came out was fantastic as well. They were in and out within a couple hours.All in all, would highly recommend Paramount for roofing needs!

Had hail damage from Feb 2026 storm. Called Paramount, and they sent Seth right over. From the moment he introduced himself and completed our inspection for tge insurance, I knew I was in good hands. The entire process was smooth. Seth stayed in contact with the insurance company. Once approved, Paramount sent a great crew to my house. Roof was completed, from first shingle removed to last nail and debris cleaned up, in just over 9 hrs. And I have a large roof. It looks awesome. I cant say enough good things about the entire company, from the girls handling my phone calls, Seth, then project managers Tony and Phil, they were all professional and knowledgeable. If i ever needed a roof in the future, I would not hesitate to call Paramount.
